Block Property Manager... are you a block manager who is looking to further your career working for a firm of Surveyors? Would you like to look after a busy but very manageable portfolio of blocks? Would you like to work in an established team where staff turnover is very low?
West London based firm of Surveyors are looking for an experienced Block Property Manager to join their growing team. The successful block property manager will take on a portfolio of circa 35 small-mid sized good quality blocks and will be responsible for:
- Reactive maintenance and PPM
- S20 major works
- Setting and management of service charge budgets
- Site inspections
- H&S and statutory compliance
- Leaseholder, client and contractor liaison
This is a standard block property manager role working for a very nice client and looking after a good quality portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years relevant experience and an IRPM qualification is advantageous
