Compliance Project Management Assistant with experience of remediation and KYC / AML compliance for a City based professional services firm. Hybrid working at the moment but with a view to fully office based in 2022.
Supporting the Project Manager, the Compliance Project Management Assistant will assist in producing MI reports, managing KYC helplines and inboxes, processing new joiners, both supporting and leading on projects, dealing with and escalating compliance issues and processes and managing the diary.
Project Management Assistant – Compliance / KYC & Remediation
- Producing MI reports using Excel
- First line management of the KY Helpline/ Inbox
- Ensuring new joiners are processed correctly
- Supporting the PM implement new Projects
- Project support on remediation projects
- Producing complex PowerPoint presentations
- Supporting & leading the implementation of new policies and policy changes
- Maintaining processes and procedures
- Managing the weekly Compliance Escalations processes, including diary management
- Supporting the Training Manager
Client Onboarding Officer experience
- Experience in an administrative or support function role within Client Onboarding, Compliance setting
- Experience of defining, creating and presenting Management Information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced Excel & PowerPoint
