Compliance Project Manager / Client Onboarding Manager within Remediation, KYC & Client Onboarding for a City based professional services firm. This is currently hybrid working but with a view to full time office based in the New Year.
A strong administrator with first class reporting & presentation skills (Excel & PowerPoint), this Compliance Project Manager / Client Onboarding Manager will be the point of first contact for this team; tracking performance and costs, ensuring the compliance files are processed & tracked, management reporting, KYC control framework, compliance, maintaining business continuity plans, change management and technology. The Compliance Project Manager co-ordinates different stakeholders to pro-actively address changing business needs.
Reporting to the Head of Client Onboarding you will be managing a small team.
- Running & managing both the KYC Support Helplines and mail inboxes.
- Producing regular MI and data requests using Excel to advanced level
- Initiating new Projects, identifying scope and resource planning
- Working on Remediation projects
- Managing the weekly Compliance Escalations processes
- Ensuring new joiners are onboarded correctly
- Producing interesting & informative PowerPoint Presentations for Head of Business Lines
- Leading the process for implementing new policies and policy changes
- Maintaining processes and procedures
- Managing a small team
Essential experience
- Management or Supervision of a small team
- Prior experience of defining, creating and presenting Management Information
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Working knowledge of Client Onboarding processes, KYC and Compliance
