Energy Administrator / Utilities Administrator within the commercial Facilities Management Team of a major FM provider that offers good career prospects for someone looking to move into a more FM based role in the future. This is hybrid working (3 days in the office) in the City.

Working as part of the facilities management team this Energy Administrator / Utilities Administrator will be working on the utility management processes including resolving anomalies, working with suppliers, procurement etc ensuring contracts are in place, tenants are re-charged and invoices are processed. As well as this, you’ll be coding invoices and analysing data but also be involved in training, resolving issued and embedding processes but also be involved in other FM processes and have the opportunity to develop within facilities management.

Energy Administrator / Utilities Administrator

  • Supplier, accounts payable, and team calls to ensure no anomalies
  • Doing regular utility and FM data analysis, resolve identified issues
  • Supplier contract administration
  • Utility administration, including anomaly resolution
  • Training teams in utility administration processes
  • Coding and processing invoices through the purchase to pay applications
  • General FM administration
  • Complete administrative tasks as required to include use of systems, filing, inventory management etc

Systems

  • Excel (using pivots tables and vlookups)
  • Tramps / Yardi / Horizon /MRI/

Energy Administrator / Utilities Administrator within the commercial Facilities Management Team of a major FM provider that offers good career prospects.
