Experienced HR Administrator for a busy role within a City based professional services firm. You must have previous HR Administrator experience within a human resources team within a professional services firm as you’ll need to be able to come in and hit the ground running. This large professional services firm offers a clear career path to a motivated and focussed HR professional.  Working as part of the human resources team, this role is responsible for HR administration across all human resources disciplines, and excellent first line support service to the business.


HR Administrator

  • Provision of first line support service to the business including:
    • Day to day admin
    • Assisting with the processing of employee payroll changes
    • Assisting with the promotions process
    • Assisting with annual compensation review administration
    • Annual performance appraisals
  • Responsible for raising purchase orders for all HR invoices
  • Record and maintain accurate employee data and produce accurate and timely MI for the HR Business Partners and Business Line Heads as requested.
  • Regularly cleanse and sense check data on HR systems.
  • Support for HR projects, leading elements of them where appropriate.
  • Assist with the review, design and implementation of HR administration processes
  • Assist with the maintenance of the HR Department’s intranet pages, with accurate and timely information
  • Close liaison with the Payroll department
  • Manage the professional subscription platform
  • Manage the Lone Worker data and device roll-out 


Person specification


  • Educated to A level or equivalent as a minimum (part or full CIPD qualification an advantage)



  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR databases
  • Exposure to working with HR related software and systems
  • Previous human resources experience essential
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and performance targets
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures desirable
