Set your own hours & days!!!! Field Sales Manager, this is a hot sales area and has come about due to the incumbent moving on, so there’s a great potential for you to make a lot of money. The more you do, the more you’ll earn. It involves calling in person to potential clients including convenience stores, small retailers, independent card / toy shops, post offices, petrol stations and supermarkets.
You’ll be selling a high quality brand of greetings cards & gift wrapping, as well as a great range of toys, other stationery and a range of value products that have been flying off the shelves in my client’s other locations – demand is high for these products.
Sales Agent /Field Sales Manager: Please note this is commission only but OTE is between £20K and £40K depending on your drive to make money, but there is no upper limit. The commission is 10% of your direct sales. Your exclusive area will be North West London with the first two months offering guaranteed commission.
This Field Sales Manager will be selling to Convenience stores, post-offices, petrol station forecourts, supermarkets
- Product categories: Greeting cards, stationery, post-office supplies, and toys
- Geographic exclusivity in North West London
Customer base: Convenience stores, post-offices, petrol station forecourts, supermarkets.- Cards and toys merchandised from catalogues - stock with direct sales agent, toys -delivery from central warehouse. We may provide shelves etc for the stores depending on the volume potential of each store.
- Compensation: first two months guaranteed minimum commission, afterwards pure commission on sales - expected to be 10% and sales opportunity is £200k to £400k but is unlimited
- Training: initial product training, web-site introduction and training on the two i-pad based applications for order processing and invoicing. Support and best practice sharing for daily operations, route planning and merchandising standards.
- Support provided: Support from National Sales Manager and National Franchise Manager, Best practice sharing with existing sales agents and franchisees, Group web-site, initial list of territory leads.
- Special benefit: an agent who successfully builds up his/her territory may have the option to obtain our franchise for the territory at a significant discount thus becoming a part of our franchisee community (this would be after 2 years as an agent)
