Finance Assistant for a sales & purchase ledger accounts in an office in the Tonbridge / Staplehurst area. Initially working on sales and purchase ledger you’ll be helped develop into doing more general ledger and month end allocations. This role is for an experienced Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant and is an office-based position working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
This Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant duties include:
- Accounts receivable and cash book reconciliations
- Sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Collating info for month end cost allocations
- Month end accruals
- Invoicing
- Client profitability calculations
- Intercompany schedules
- VAT returns
- Collating pay information
- Holiday cover for other team members
