Immediate start and office based!!! HR Advisor for a dynamic firm in Croydon.  Working within a friendly human resources team at the firm's HQ, you will be looking after a variety of employees (c900 staff) across the UK.  As well as day to day human resources administration including onboarding, preparing contracts, managing cv flow, this HR Advisor role will also deal with a number of areas including investigation & resolving ER issues, redundancies, restructuring, business integrations, TUPE.

 

HR Advisor:

  • General admin including preparing contracts, onboarding, cv management etc
  • First line investigation of employment relations issues arising within the group including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, absence management.
  • Dealing with group restructures and so experience of restructures, mergers & acquisitions, redundancies and TUPE are essential.
  • Guide managers through the process and to attend meetings to take minutes and to advise on process for legally sound outcomes.
  • Advise remotely to ensure that matters can be progressed without being on site.
  • Manage the human resources inbox - responding and being the first point of contact.
  • Preparing general human resources documents

 

As HR Advisor, you should have a commercial attitude, be organised and managing your time efficiently. Existing practical experience within human resources where you have dealt with restructuring, redundancies and TUPE is essential.
