HR Advisor for a busy and expanding firm in Croydon!  Please note: this is fully office based Monday to Friday.

Working within a friendly human resources team at the firm's HQ, you will be supporting the HR Manager looking after a variety of employees across the UK.  As well as day to day human resources administration including onboarding, preparing contracts, managing cv flow, this HR Advisor role will also deal with a number of areas including day to day ER issues from start to finish, supporting the HR Manager with consultations, ad hoc projects etc.

HR Advisor:

  • General admin including onboarding, preparing contracts, cv management etc
  • First line investigation of employment relations issues arising within the group including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, absence management.
  • Supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day ER, ad hoc projects, recruitment etc
  • Guide managers through the process and to attend meetings to take minutes and to advise on process for legally sound outcomes.
  • Advise remotely to ensure that matters can be progressed without being on site.
  • Manage the human resources inbox - responding and being the first point of contact.
  • Preparing general human resources documents

As HR Advisor, you should have a commercial attitude, be organised and managing your time efficiently. Existing practical experience within human resources where you have dealt with the full range of day-to-day ER issues from start to finish.
