Stand-alone HR Manager role for an expanding tech company near Sevenoaks.  This role offers autonomy, a professional and friendly working environment and an opportunity to develop the HR function.  This is a true generalist role within a company that have continued to grow throughout the pandemic, they boast an incredibly low staff turnover and are focussed on staff health and wellbeing. 

Reporting to the board the successful HR Manager will take this role on a 12 month basis and guide its Directors and other senior level executives through a continued period of expansion.   You will be the go-to person for all things HR and wellbeing related and you must be able to provide sound HR advice across all HR service lines.  You will be a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualified and may have a relevant HR or business related degree, it is essential that you have previously worked in the commercial sector and that you enjoy a true generalist function.

During this 12 month contract, areas of focus will be:

  • Mental health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Creation of and writing new policy
  • Recruitment management - cradle to grave
  • ER with a focus on L&D
  • HR Administration
  • Other ad-hoc projects as required.

The successful HR Manager will need to be able to drive to reach this site. The role is to commence ASAP and will be for a minimum of 12 months.

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience at a semi-senior level
  • Experience of writing policy
  • Experience of looking after the full employee lifecycle
