L&D Coordinator on a contract to perm basis (initial 9 months contract) working as part of the HR team at a leading City based, professional services firm and providing full support to the Learning & Development Manager. The L&D Coordinator will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of learning and development activities and projects. You will ensure the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes, including; managing corporate and business line inductions, training administration, on-boarding and induction processes and management of internal learning systems (Learning Management System & appraisal tool).
L&D Coordinator
- Provide full support and on-going administration of the internal Learning Management System and internal career development and appraisal tool.
- Provide end-to-end logistical support for all internal and external learning events, from creating sessions on the system, room bookings / setting up virtual links, creating and sending joining instructions and registering attendance.
- Co-ordinate external suppliers when delivering courses on and off-site, regularly communicating with them, ensuring production and delivery of required materials are organised.
- Collate, monitor and report on all course evaluations.
- Complete companywide Training Needs Analysis.
- Oversee Professional Qualification requests, confirming they are in budget and appropriate forms are signed.
- Assist with the management of Learning & Development Budget, and processing of invoices.
- Timely response to requests and / or queries from the business.
- Support the business and HR Team on ad-hoc projects.
Essential qualifications
- Educated to A level / L3 NVQ or Apprenticeship in Learning & Development
