Learning & Development Administrator – hybrid working within a City based professional services firm. You must have some experience within an L&D / HR role and ideally within professional services.

Supporting the L&D Advisor, the Learning & Development Administrator will be the first point of contact for the L&D team. The HR team is friendly and supportive, and the firm offers good career prospects.

Learning & Development Administrator:

  • Provide full support and on-going admin of the Learning Management System
  • Provide end-to-end logistics support for all internal and external learning events, from room bookings, joining instructions and catering, through to collating course evaluation
  • Co-ordinate external suppliers when delivering courses on and off-site, ensuring production and delivery of required materials are organised
  • Assist with the management the L&D budget by processing invoices
  • Manage, monitor and report on all course evaluations
  • Extract key management information from appraisals to support annual Training Needs Analysis
  • Experience of Visio and Excel are essential, as is experience within HR / L&D
