This Kings Cross based property company are looking for an ambitious Lettings Administrator to manage all the departmental administration for a busy residential letting and property management team.  The successful Lettings Administrator will work with a successful team of Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers and will assist the team in managing a large, complex residential portfolio.  Expect to gain exposure to small blocks, leasehold apartments, freehold houses and HMO’s.

This role would suit somebody who has worked as a Lettings Administrator or Property Management Administrator.  You will need to have an understanding of the lettings process and also be aware of some of the statutory property management obligations. 

Lettings Administrator – day to day

  • Support a team of Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers
  • Production of tenancy agreements, renewals, termination letters and other documentation
  • Registering and release deposits as requested by the wider team
  • Coordinating repair works with tenants and contractors
  • Collection and collation of tenant reference information
