High profile landlord with large portfolio of quality residential property are looking for a new member to join their expanding team. Unlike traditional estate agency functions, this role is a mix of lettings negotiation and property management - you will take on a dedicated portfolio of residential property that you will be responsible for - a true 360 role with both autonomy and support. The successful Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager will have previously worked in a lettings environment and be confident undertaking viewings without supervision. The portfolio is based predominantly across Central London and will require you to travel to properties - there is a pool car available. A full driving licence is highly advantageous in the role although it is not essential.
A day in the life...
- Responsible for the full lettings and property management cycle
- Arranging and undertaking viewings
- Negotiating tenancies
- Tenancy administration including referencing and deposit management
- Property compliance - ensuring all statutory obligations are met
- Maintenance - reactive and cyclical
- Project management - refurbishments, upgrades
