Our client is a highly respected property company working from modern and professional offices in the City of London. They are currently looking for a (trainee) lettings negotiator and residential property agent to join their busy residential lettings team dealing with the property portfolio’s of a range of prestigious clients.
This could be someone who is keen to develop a career in the property sector so while experience of the property sector is not essential, you will need a solid education (A’ levels or equivalent) plus a commitment to becoming a property professional. The company can offer you continuous training throughout your career and the opportunity to achieve relevant professional qualifications should you wish to do so.
The successful candidate will be articulate and well-presented, take pride in the quality of their work and be keen to build a career in the property industry. You should be motivated and be a team player with an enthusiastic and positive approach. Finally, you’ll need good communication skills and be able to juggle priorities and organise your time effectively.
