A boutique feel property company with a family feel, they specialise in residential sales, lettings and property management. They work with a large number of repeat clients who enjoy their high-level of professional expertise combined with a traditional, personal service and given their location, close to Bond Street and Baker Street stations, they are very welcoming to visitors.


The Office Administrator will likely have some experience in an estate agency/property environment so will be used to dealing with enquiries, tenancy agreements, arranging check in/outs etc. You’ll be the first person that any visitor meets (presentable of course) so will meet/greet clients, offer help and assistance such as handing out property details, taking message from walk in clients and also typing some correspondence and documents for the Director. The role will typically suit a good-humoured individual who can deal with a variety of tasks and absorb new information quickly and therefore be of help to the team and they tend to look for someone who can relate to both clients and colleagues with an emphasis on service. If you like being able to use your initiative and get on and do something without having to constantly ask, this could be the job for you. Office based the hours are 9am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday).
