Property Administrator... High profile, established, Central London based property company are looking for a property administrator / helpdesk coordinator to join their busy team. This company offer a great working environment, a long-standing team, robust systems and procedures, training and support. The successful property administrator / helpdesk coordinator will have residential property experience and be comfortable dealing with tenants and contractors. You will use your organisational and customer service skills to deliver an outstanding customer / client experience.

A typical day will see the Property Administrator / Helpdesk Coordinator

  • Organising planned and reactive maintenance
  • Liaising with tenants and contractors
  • Supporting property managers with all repair related activities
  • Arranging health and safety inspections
  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Updating the property database and accurate record keeping

The Property Administrator / Helpdesk coordinator will enjoy a busy role where they need to prioritise a workload and work to deadlines. An eye for detail, strong spoken and written English language skills and lots of common sense are they key to making this role a success!  Any experience using a property or CAFM system is highly advantageous
