This Block Property Administrator role is working for a high profile Landlord who own and manage a portfolio of residential blocks. This role is to support a Senior Property Manager and assist them in the management of their portfolios It is likely that you will come from a block management, property management, facilities management or estate management background as this will help you to hit the ground running! This is a great role for somebody switched on and well organised who enjoys a busy, challenging role!
You will be
- The go-to person in the block management team for all administrative support tasks
- Dealing with leaseholders, clients and contractors on a daily basis - dealing with queries and delivery fantastic customer service
- Assisting with service charge budgeting, from raising purchase orders to coding invoices and credit control
- Assisting with all health and safety administration
- Updating a variety of spreadsheets and databases with key information, dates and activity
Character / Skills profile:
- You will be a highly organised administrator with a genuine interest in property management.
- You will have an eye for detail and be able to prioritise a busy and ever-changing workload whilst meeting deadlines.
- You will be very confident in using new IT software and have a high level of IT literacy, particularly in MS Office 365, MS Word and Excel
- You will be a clear, concise and confident communicator
- A good team player
- Has a thirst for knowledge and is quick to learn
The successful Property Management Administrator is likely to have at least one years experience in a similar role.
