It’s popular with smaller residential estates, apartment blocks, RMC's, RTM Companies and other involved in the management of residential blocks paying service charges and ground rents.
This company is a long-established boutique and traditional estate agency and property management company in the heart of the West End who look after a unique portfolio of properties in the area between Baker Street and Oxford Street. Initially office based, there could be some work from home once you have settled in.
You'll be responsible for all aspects of the bookkeeping for their residential block property management division which will include dealing their rent and service charge demands, involvement with service charge budgets, payments, landlord fees etc. A great position if you are looking to work 3x days per week and have relevant bookkeeping experience within a property management environment.
