An interesting property coordinator / administrator role working for an established Property Consultancy in West London.  A very mixed role supporting a team to manage a variety of high-profile assets under management! This role would suit someone who has previously worked in the property industry in some capacity.

You will have sound administrative and IT skills and be comfortable supporting a busy team.  You will also have extensive contact with a number of internal and external teams and tenants and will need to be comfortable liaising at all levels by phone, face to face and in writing – a solid command of the English language is essential. 

This Property coordinator / administrator role will suit someone who is highly organised, able to manage competing demands and work to deadlines – you will need to support the team to keep several plates spinning at one time and will be happy to get involved in a variety of support tasks.  Full training is provided but sound communication skills, excellent presentation skills, numeracy and strong administration skills are absolutely essential to making this role a success.

Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 and based in West London – would be a fantastic opportunity for someone local although will look at someone who has a commute if they fit the role profile.  Working for this established property company you can expect a busy, involved role within a friendly environment!
