We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for a high-profile client side role looking after a large portfolio of residential properties. These range from street properties, leasehold units, small blocks and HMO's. You will be party of a team looking after circa 600 properties and have responsibility for all associated H&S and compliance.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Managing a mixed residential portfolio of properties
- Attending site as required to carry out inspections
- Working with external contractors and assessors to ensure all compliance assessments are carried out, remedial actions are followed up and the required certification is in place
- Evaluating audit findings
- Compliance administration
- Completing HMO licence applications
- Coordinating maintenance works and projects
You will have experience working in Property Management and have a solid understanding of H&S and statutory compliance. The successful Property Manager will be able to develop the role over time.
