A unique opportunity for a property manager or excellent assistant property manager with experience in residential lettings to join this boutique West End property management and lettings business. We are looking for a pro-active and dedicated property manager to make this role their own, by working closely with the two senior Directors and taking responsibility for a small growing portfolio of Central London managed units along with all associated administration duties.
The role includes all aspects of property management including: building relationships with landlords and tenants and acting as a central point of contact, dealing with maintenance issues, instructing contractors, general lettings progression and administration. You’ll be liaising with clients, tenants, utility companies, arranging gas safety checks, organising the servicing of boilers etc and should have a couple of years’ relevant lettings AST experience.
The successful person will probably have 1-3 years' recent experience in AST Property Management, be hard working and reliable and have good communication skills. You should have a good understanding of lettings, be willing to learn and progress and have drive, initiative and experience of meeting occasional deadlines.

- Dealing with maintenance requests
- Assisting with property checks and inspections and issuing reports
- Polished, with good written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and punctuality are paramount
- This position is Monday to Friday
