Residential Block Property Manager - This opportunity is with a professional and well-established team dealing with a range of prestigious freeholders, RMC’s and Corporate clients where you'll be responsible for a portfolio of residential blocks in Central London - mostly in close proximity to the office which helps to continue the solid relationships with clients (this position is both office and home based).
Experience in block management essential (pref AIRPM qualified) this position is with a professional surveyors and property managers who can offer you the opportunity to become RICS qualified if your experience in managing residential blocks includes some London blocks and you have experience of dealing with some mixed-use schemes.
As a residential block property manager you'll be:
- Responsible for you own portfolio of residential blocks including some mixed-use buildings, mainly in Central London
- Carrying out inspections and meeting with clients
- Instructing contractors and overseeing routine maintenance works
- Involved with major works projects alongside surveyors
- Ensuring buildings meet current health and safety standards
- Assisting with service charge budgets including client reporting and monitoring and controlling arrears
- Support from assistant property manager
Our client is looking for a well-organised candidate with a proven track record in residential block management, a professional and pro-active approach and good communication skills. The salary is in the range of £38-£43,000 depending on the depth of your experience.
