Established, independent property company near Kings Cross are looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join this busy accounts team. The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will look after a high volume of purchase ledger invoices that come through the accounts department, you will be matching them to PO's, managing queries, speaking to suppliers, reconciling statements etc. This role would suit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is happy dealing with a high volume of invoice processing.

The successful Purchase Ledger Assistant will be responsible for

  • Daily use of inhouse database
  • Invoice processing (up to 100 per day)
  • Matching or chasing of PO's
  • Supplier liaison
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Liaison with internal Property and Facilities Management teams.

Although this client are hoping to find someone who can start quickly they are happy to wait for someone who has notice to serve!  Experience working for a property management or facilities management company is highly advantageous.  It is likely that you will have a minimum of 18 months experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
