Sales Administrator wanting a job with lots of scope and room to progress? Please note: this is office based, 5 days per week and is a full time, permanent role.  Sales Administrator - You’ll need solid experience of contract analysis, sales figure reporting, sales database management, managing sales pipeline processes for this fast paced role within a dynamic firm in their Croydon HQ. You’ll be supporting a sales team as well as franchisees who have a great product range. They’re looking for a born organiser who can juggle differing priorities, enjoys dealing with people, strong analytical skills. 

 

This is not a typical admin role and there’s scope to make it your own and really get involved with things!!

 

This Sales Administrator role includes; dealing with franchisee queries, preparing monthly sales reports, creating new product release newsletters, contract admin, preparing sales figures & leaderboard information, managing the group messaging system, maintaining the same library, managing the sales & pricing databases. It’s a great role in a friendly firm in central Croydon.

 

Skills:

  • Experience in speaking with customers, customer service
  • Experience in using multiple software systems, managing files and issuing reports
  • Experience in publishing reports, communicating remotely, writing highlights
  • Reading with understanding
  • Familiarity with contract administration
  • English language to mother tongue standard
