This Sales Executive role could suit someone who comes from a property background – lettings negotiator - although this is not essential, maybe you come from a marketing and events, members club, promotions environment or similar role where you have been dealing with prospective clients face to face. Character and personality is absolutely key here – fun, outgoing and not too corporate.
Our client, a leading commercial property company are looking for an additional Sales Ambassador to join their team. You will be responsible for working directly with prospective commercial tenants, establishing their business needs, accompanying them on viewings, highlighting the benefits of each property / building / location and generally building relationships. Please note, you will not be involved in contract negotiation, once you have completed your viewings this is passed to a new team.
We are looking for an outgoing, confident and down to earth sales executive who enjoys meeting clients face to face and building relationships. This role is very much a mobile position, you will be moving around London (zones 1-4) every day to visit buildings and attend viewings – expect to rack up to 20k steps per day!!
