Talent Acquisition Lead working for a major property firm in central London, you’ll be managing the in-house recruitment processes for two major business lines. Working alongside the Head of Recruitment & the HRBPs, you’ll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including developing future talent and talent pipelines. 

This is a hybrid working role, the firm offers good benefits and a great working environment in a well established and truly friendly HR team. You must have experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead / Inhouse Recruitment.

Talent Acquisition Lead:

  • Recruitment support to hiring managers
  • Delivering the resourcing plan for both immediate and future needs.
  • Designing, developing and delivering value-for-money, tailored recruitment initiatives and campaigns whilst ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Liaising with business line management to assess team needs and manage recruitment processes.
  • Full management of the recruitment process for roles within two major business lines.
  • Managing the recruitment processes and procedures
  • Providing regular updates to the HRBPs, Hiring Managers and Head of Recruitment.

 

Talent Acquisition Lead experience:

  • Demonstrable experience managing inhouse end-to-end innovative recruitment campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of employment law as it applies to recruitment
  • Evidence of stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in preparing statistical reporting of recruitment MI
  • Previous experience working in an internal recruitment team
  • Experience managing multiple roles at the same time circa 30
  • Experience of using an ATS
  • Knowledge of all types of job boards and recruitment methods - indeed, LinkedIn etc. With a particular focus on direct sourcing and outreach on LinkedIn
  • Publishing, writing, editing and proof-reading job adverts
