This temp to perm lettings/property admin position is with a highly regarded property company who run a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings in the West End of London.  They are looking for someone with approx 6-12 months experience in lettings admin or facilities admin.

 

An office-based role, you will be involved with all administration required to enable new occupiers, renewals and leavers to progress including: managing the tenant check in/ check out process to completion, arranging gas safety checks, electrical tests, fire risk assessments, welcome packs, keys, inventory checks, post check out cleans, deposit return queries etc.

 

In addition, you’ll need an excellent customer service approach, solid organisational skills including the ability to coordinate others, an eye for detail, a professional manner in chasing up missing information and all round general administrative skills including good knowledge of spreadsheet data. Recent property related experience is highly preferable!

 

The lettings/facilities admin position will initially be on a temporary basis but it is expected to go permanent within 3 months, so our client is only accepting applications from potential candidates who have relevant experience in lettings admin or facilities admin and who can commence within 2-3 weeks and happy to commit to a long-term temp to perm position.
