Working alongside a Senior Property Manager, you will be trained in all elements of block management including maintenance, service charge budgeting, contractor coordination, H&S, statutory compliance and tenant relationship management. This role will require someone who is quick to learn, has lots of common sense, is very well organised and who is comfortable speaking to people at all levels.
The successful Trainee Property Manager will work alongside a very experienced Property Manager to assist in the management of their portfolio of buildings whilst learning the ropes. The trainee Property Manager will have the opportunity to learn whilst on the job and in time be given their own portfolio of buildings to manage.
If you enjoy problem solving, talking to people and administration and have a real interest in the property sector you could be the Trainee Property Manager this client is looking for! This is work hard, play hard environment, the property management team regularly socialise (under normal circumstances) and the role would suit an outgoing character who enjoys working in a very busy and upbeat environment.
