CPC Qualified Transport Manager for a dynamic warehousing firm in Wellesbourne. As well as the day to day HGV fleet management & team of drivers, you’ll be looking at generating new clients, compliance, managing the O Licence, finances including management reporting and day to day planning. You must be both CPC qualified and have previous experience in a similar role.
Transport Manager – CPC qualified:
- Set up and find profitable revenue for HGV fleet
- Manage the bookings team
- Manage, audit and review compliance systems (O-License, vehicles, route, and driver audits)
- HGV fleet management
- Financial reporting including P&L
- Driver management including recruitment, planning and HR processes
- Fleet planning. Including cost analysis
Key Objectives:
- Run a profitable transport fleet
- Contactable 24/7 via mobile phone as per company requirements
- Management of all staff within the Planning team.
- Full management of the O license.
- CPC holder
- Maintain compliance with all vehicle operator requirements
