Supporting the General Manager, The Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager is responsible for leading & managing the onsite team, onboarding new clients, setting & managing KPI’s, management reporting and ensuring the site runs smoothly.

- Lead the warehouse and continually improve operations
- Ensure profitability and labour to revenue ratio target
- Maintain customer KPI’s and communication
- Drive Team Working
- Manage the onsite agencies and quality of staff
- Health & Safety – Maintain and improve H & S aiming for 0 accidents
- Build and manage a strong core of permanent staff
- On-board new customers with a smooth transition
- Succession plan for personnel and team growth
- Set internal KPI’s and performance monitor
- Manage loss prevention
- Manage the team training programme
- Prepare management reports: daily & weekly including daily hours worked, productivity reporting etc
