Chartered Surveyor - Retail Asset Manager - Client side function working for a major commercial landlord. This is a varied and interesting Retail Asset Manager / Landlord and Tenant Surveyor role and along with some other commercial buildings is likely to be heavily focused on retail assets. The successful Retail Asset Manager/ L&T Surveyor will be delivering a quality asset management service across a large and varied portfolio. Key areas of focus will be:
- Maximising asset potential by implementing value added asset management strategy across the portfolio
- Undertaking rent reviews rent reviews
- Managing lease renewals and lease re-gears
- Working closely with in-house property management and legal teams, ensuring accurate data and lease administration is recorded
You are likely to
- Be MRICS qualified
- Have a thorough understanding of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
- Have in the region of 3-5 years post qualified experience
- Be technically competent
- Have strong analytical skills
