Our client is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to support their experienced property management team. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, concerns and maintenance requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate tenant and property records within Qube management software, updating details and sending relevant materials such as house rules and welcome packs.
  • Prepare quarterly expenditure reports for the Directors and assisting with year-end accounts and budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate cyclical maintenance by liaising with contractors and ensuring timely completion of works.
  • Instructing contractors on property requests from the Property Managers, creating works orders and signing off invoices.
  • Work closely with Property Managers and maintenance teams to resolve issues and enhance the property experience.
  • Support the implementation of property management policies and procedures.
  • Gain familiarity with management systems such as QUBE through provided training, if necessary.

Ideal Skills and Profile

  • Previous experience in property administration or a similar role within the property sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors and team members.
  • Proficiency in managing and updating records within management software systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive office culture.
  • Flexibility to fit into a three-day schedule with a designated anchor day on Tuesday.
