Are you looking for a busy Property Administrator or Assistant Property Manager role and have previously worked in the property industry?  Do you have an understanding of lettings, service charge and maintenance?  If so this permanent role with a fun, busy and dynamic property company could be right for you. Working as part of the commercial property team, you will be actively involved in the management of over 1000 commercial properties ranging from offices and industrial units to restaurants and shops!

 

You will work closely with a Facilities Manager and Property Manager and be:

  • Property Management Team Assistant supporting a team of Property Managers to look after a portfolio of commercial buildings
  • Liaising with, booking in and overseeing contractors and trades that carry out works to the portfolio
  • Assisting the Property Managers in the preparation of service charge budgets, notes of explanation, management agreements, reports to clients and senior management
  • Organising and issuing works orders for maintenance and repairs, emergency works as well as routine maintenance
  • Supporting facilities management delivery / helpdesk co-ordination / compliance support / co-ordination and reporting of functions in relation to all facilities management and health & safety
  • Raising of purchase orders, processing, checking and authorisation of invoices
  • Assisting the management team in providing a full professional property management services ensuring 1st class customer care and portfolio administration duties
  • H&S administration - compliance administration, arranging audits, ensuring remedial works are carried out to required timescales
  • Responding and managing emails and calls from residents relating to site issues, concerns and requests

 

You’ll enjoy a busy and varied workload, be able to keep several plates spinning at any one time and be able to work to deadlines. This role requires sound communication skills both written and verbal.  You must be well organised and be able to prioritise competing demands. The successful property administrator will be able to hit the ground running and a confident user of Word, Excel and Outlook. Any experience of using H&S related software is advantageous.
