Freight Forwarding Manager
- Manage staff to improve performance
- Managing existing client relationships
- Develop new customers and agent networks to drive growth
- Review and streamline processes within the business to ensure we meet client expectations and increase efficiency
- Take ownership of contracts with customers and suppliers to ensure these are in place and comply with group requirements
- Monitoring performance of activities using key metrics and reporting to senior management.
- Improve profitability
- Manage ocean and air freight as well as preparing export documents
- Assisting with setting, managing and monitoring financial targets and budget development.
