A Surveying firm in the Holborn area is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their property team. The successful Helpdesk Administrator will be a first point of contact for both residential and commercial tenants and will manage a high volume of calls and emails relating to maintenance and repairs.
You will be responsible for
- Liaising with leaseholders and taking accurate details of maintenance issues
- Liaising with contractors and organising repair work
- Scheduling planned / compliance works
- Database management
- Liaising with the internal property teams
This role would suit a Helpdesk Administrator who has a minimum of 6-12 months similar experience or perhaps someone who has worked in Estate Agency assisting with property management requests.
You will need to have strong communication skills and be happy managing a high volume of calls and emails. You will have a calm and professional demeanour and enjoy delivering a superior customer experience.
