High-profile West End property company that own and manage a substantial portfolio of property in the Mayfair area are looking for an articulate administrator to join their property helpdesk team. You will probably already have 6-12 months' relevant admin/customer service experience in the property or hospitality (hotels) sector under your belt and be comfortable talking to high-end occupiers and coordinating property repairs. The role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team but is equally competent at taking ownership of their own workload and using their initiative.

A typical day will find you:

  • Liaising with tenants by telephone and email in relation to any repair works
  • Coordinating contractors to complete required tasks with specific timescales
  • Liaising with internal property teams
  • Reviewing performance levels against KPI’s and producing regular reports
  • Managing access to buildings and administration of keys held
  • Database management
  • Departmental administration
