Property Manager – block manager - High Wycombe and surrounding area … We’re working with a really nice client, a well-established (small group) residential block property management company with offices in West London and Buckinghamshire. They’re growing and as they do, they’ll support you through any relevant qualifications that will enhance your knowledge. Salary in the range of £38,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and level of property qualification, sponsorship of further qualifications etc. and parking space available.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience of managing a range of residential blocks, able to set and manage service charge budgets. Working closely with a senior property manager, you should have a good personable approach and be looking to build long-term relationships with all stakeholders. You will be managing an established portfolio of residential blocks (approx 400 units) and the company is looking for enough experience that you can step into the role and hit the ground running including overseeing any works and that the portfolio is complaint with health & safety.
