Central London based commercial property company are looking for 2 temporary Service Charge Accountants to assist with additional workload. These are ongoing roles and it is possible they could become permanent appointments.
As a temp Service Charge Accountant, you will work as part of a wider service charge accounting team and using Qube Horizon and MS Excel you be responsible for a full 360 service charge accounting function. You will take ownership of a commercial portfolio of properties and work closely with Property and Facilities Managers from the creation of budgets through to the production of year end accounts. You will be a point of contact for commercial tenants and be capable of resolving queries relating to your portfolio.
Commercial property experience and experience using Qube are highly advantageous as this will enable to the service charge accountant to hit the ground running
